Tereciah V. Smithen-Quintana is the Founder of LifeSpark Ministries a multi-faceted organization with subsidiaries such as Phenomenal Woman In Christ and Grow and Go Forth Women’s Leadership Institute.

She helps women who are struggling with moving their vision forward from desire to manifestation, so they can walk in the fullness of the calling they have been destined for and become the leaders and visionaries they see of themselves.  With an innate ability to get to the root of a matter, Tereciah is a catalyst for change; digging deeper by asking tough questions as she equips, empower and encourages the women that she comes in contact with.
